If I had known I have been talking to a wall,
I would have saved all my breath, saved all my energy, and trained for the marathon finishing all the 26.2 miles without breaking a sweat.

If I had known I have been driving around in circle,
I would have jumped out of the car, jumped out of this hopeless loop, and gone all the way to the South Pacific enjoying the eternal sunshine.

If I had known all my care for you have been going down the drain,
I would have run away, run away from your heartless face, and saved all my love for the one true love who's worthy of my praise.
