Important Changes to Your Credit Card Account

在等待中﹐收拾一下凌亂的房間﹐看到一份由MBNA寄來的Important Changes to Your Credit Card Account。以往從來不會細看﹐今天一看﹐發現信用卡公司將開始收foreign transaction fee. 由5/25/05 起﹐所有在美國境外或是用外幣作單位的交易﹐都會收3% 手續費。早前﹐兩國四城自由行都有用credit card 購物﹐幸好當時未有 foreign transaction fee 。知道各位外遊甚密﹐MBNA 相信不少人也有使用﹐buyer beware 啦。
