開大會

今日公司一年一度開大會﹐認真大陣仗﹐主持人著晒大空人既衫﹐請了Apollo 13 的主角來做keynote speaker, 老人家﹐講返當時係太空既情況﹐點樣去應付危機﹐最後都返到地球﹐都幾有趣。另外重有好多presentations, 發現做Sales 的比其他做行政的(無論幾高級都好)真係識講野好多﹐當然人亦都靚好多啦。

麻生尋日俾我省完之後﹐今日同我話多謝我既feedback 甘喎﹐你係至好講呀﹐下次又一錯再錯話你又駁嘴既話, 我真係唔同你客氣架。不過尋日有同其他同事講過麻生既事﹐發現大家都好頂麻生唔住﹐唔係我挑剔囉。今日麻生似乎食完lunch 就溜左。正衰人﹐時時都係甘﹐公司D野趕都係度做自己野﹐可惜份人又唔係唔係醒目﹐唉﹐算啦。

最後一個presentation, 我覺得幾有用﹐教人點improve productivity 10 times. 話要improve communication skills, 要有enthusiasm 同confidence, 重要intense focus on best clients and opportunities. 講到5 sins of communication (no clear point, no client benefit, no clear flow, too detailed, too long), 一講我就諗起講道﹐ 5 objectives of communication (authenticity, listen, help them, passion and close), 又令我諗到遲D要做既promotion, 5 confidence cultivator (因人而異既﹐e.g. being well prepared, learning, dressing well, working out and presenting well), 重有其他既野﹐雖然我地唔係做sales, 但呢D係日常生活同事奉中都可以apply 到﹐幾好呀。
