一餐份量 =
兩個茄子或zucchini
半個青椒加半個洋蔥炒肉
半個椰菜(不加肉﹐只加蒜蓉炒也很好吃)
先前經常煮得太多﹐現在有點經驗﹐不用再整個雪櫃left over.
